Nude shadow and fluttery lashes

Simple and pretty makeup using neutral eye colors with some fun, fluttery lashes. This look really makes your eyes pop and makes them look super big! Enjoy the tutorial, and have fun. :)

First start off by defining the outer corners and lower lash line using a matte brown shade with no shimmer. Here I'm using the color "buck" from the Urban Decay "Naked Palette" Be sure it's well blended without any harsh lines.

Now, apply a very sheer light peach color to the inner third of the eye, and stopping where you applied the brown color. I'm using the color "peach fuzz" from too faced sweet dreams collection.

Now it's time for highlight. Apply a matte white eyeshadow to the inner corners of the eyes, brow bone and also add a white eyeliner to the waterline to open up the eyes.

Now curl your lashes to get them ready for mascara and false lashes. It's really important to curl your lashes when you are applying false lashes because it will help your natural lashes and the false ones blend together more naturally.

Now get your falsies out! :) Go for natural looking ones for this look.

To apply false lashes

1.) If necessary, cut them so they fit your eye shape. You can see if they fit by testing them out without glue on your lash line. If they extend longer then your normal lashes, you should cut the false lashes to make them shorter.

2.) Take your lash glue and apply it to the band of the lashes. Wait a few seconds for the glue to get tacky, then apply it as close to your natural lashes as possible.

3.) If your natural eyelashes go down naturally, it might be necessary to curl them again so they blend right.

4.) Apply a light coat of mascara and apply a bit of liquid or gel liner on the top lash line to hide any lash glue that might be showing.

Apply a light pink lipstick. I'm using Burt's Bees lip tint in "Rhubarb."

Now take a coral blush and apply it to the apples of your cheeks. I'm using benefits "Coralista" blush to finish the look.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial! Have a lovely day :)
