How to wear bold eye colors

Ok, I am a neutral girl for sure but sometimes it is really fun to experiment with bold colors. I will say though that this can go wrong very easily. So here I am going to show you a few tips on how to wear blue eyeshadow, but these rules apply to using bold eye colors in general. Blue eyeshadow has a lot of haters, and for good reason. It is one of the hardest eyeshadow colors to wear. But with a few simple steps it can actually look quite nice! Keep reading if you love blue eyeshadow but don't want to look like you just got out of crazy town! Do not fear the blue eyeshadow... I will show you the way :)

Hey everyone! I just wanted to quickly show you my makeup and hair I did today. I love when people do posts like this because it inspires me to try new things out. Today I did a pink nude lip which Ive been obsessed with lately called "Turkish Delight" from Nars cosmetics. I also added some white highlight to the inner corners of my eyes to brighten them up a bit and then cut some false lashes in half and put them on the outer corners of the eye. I love them because they are super subtle so if you apply them right you can fool a lot of people LOL! For the face I used high beam by benefit cosmetics to brighten my skin and give it a pretty "glowy" look. For my hair I used hot rollers from Conair, they are really great for creating volume.
